It’s cool, that Lamborghini made the whole Countach by own crafts and entirely inhouse – and appently only paid for the design of Bertone

Let's look at the Miura, Lamborghini just achieved the whole works of a traditional italian "Carosseria" - including interior, paint-shop-works, glasses and a cable-tree on top...

(I hope that’s right so far)

Talking about costs: does anyone have approximate percentages of how much it cost for Lamborghini to purchase a prepared (see above) Miura-body from Bertone?

Was this photo taken at the Bertone plant? I thought that’s how the Lamborghini factory received the bodies with interior and trim as supplied via Bertone?

Young designers are just trying to imitate Gandini, Giugiaro, Fioravanti and other masters.

I think that's at the Bertone plant - see the Fiat 850 Spider-bodies in the background

Correct! The Fiat Dino 2400 Coupe was my first sports car. Picture taken in 1977.
