Hello Gents, I'm considering the purchase of a Launch X431 Pro Mini and I'm looking for advice regarding a reputable retailer. There seems to be lots of options but I've read accounts of "official" vs "not official" and fake vs real...etc. Could anybody here offer a good recommendation as to where I should be looking? I want a quality product with good customer support and no scams. Thanks in advance!
I don't believe the launch mini is a USA/Canada product. It is produced by China and support is from there. Dude, shoot me a PM and just buy mine. It’s is as real as can be. Literally accidentally bought 2 of the same thing a couple months ago. I only need 1 and it is an invaluable tool! Already used it quite a bit with a few members here and flash32 even being able to help with remote diagnostics with it 5,000 miles away. The one I’m selling is new in the box and never opened and has just been sitting in my office. Can ship Monday.
I have a X431 Pros Mini and I use it a lot. It is made by a Launch China, under license from Launch USA. There is no support for X431 by the US company and technical support for this product is practically nonexistent.
