Ferrari has F1 Club tickets available for Vegas, $30,000 per ticket. Table of ten for $300,000.

I’d rather have a second Triumph to track than a front row seat to their clown show.

I know I keep getting the emails ... Hurry buy now limited space... its crazy $30K? I could go buy an old Rolls Royce Silver Spur, or Lotus and have fun chasing problems vs. a one time event... with average viewing, average food, and thousands of loud people...

If Ferrari was right up there in the Championship battle that might be one thing, but paying $30k for a ticket to see them finish behind Williams? $30k is a nice bit of maintenance for the local independent Ferrari mechanic. I hope they sell all the tickets, this is an even to see and be seen by those way above my pay grade.

Gridwalk is the best part of the show
It's like a sane person was dropped in the snake pit

Here's my take on the Vegas grid walk with Brundle:

It's going to be insanely packed with the richest of rich and VIP's are going to be a who' who's of people with all their security. It's going to so packed that Brundle won't be able to do a grid walk. They'll probably do a drone shot of the grid "walk" amongst the calamity.

Celebs will always be at these places to be seen. What I wish is for Sky to be able to caption all the celebs Martin is speaking to. Many of us in the states don't know the footballers, actors and singers. They do a good job, but they do miss a bunch and I am wondering who they are.

The really funny one was Brad Pitt walking away from Martin at one race, then doing an extended interview this past race. Of course it is to promote his new movie. I wonder if he even knew who Martin was when he walked away the first time?

The interview was a bit of a puff piece. Brad memorized a few bullet points for the discussion(recalling the era when Martin raced:rolleyes:) but his knowledge of F1 was superficial at best.

Well F1 is a show these days rather than sport. Filled with 'celebrities', many of whom we never heard of, walking around wasting space with their entourage and faking an interest in F1.

They should at least reach out to charities, and let children who don't have much time left to mingle around the grid.

The most embarrassing race of the year for me is always Miami. Way to deliver on the stereotype of Stupid Americans, indeed. Martin trying to talk F1 with overweight, sub 80 IQ affletes and "entertainers" . And don't get me started on the fake "dock".

I don’t see what the big deal is about this . Being blown way out of proportion. For one thing , she isn’t that big of a celebrity, for another thing , just because you are a celebrity doesn’t mean you should be shamed for declining an interview . This wasn’t her show , she said no , whether she was told to say no or not is irrelevant, her prerogative.
People in the media should really get a life

If celebrities want to be at the races, fine. But 99% of them act like THEY are the stars of the show. No. you are guests, you show respect. If a GP veteran that drove against the very best wants to interview you, you better clean up your act and give him 30 seconds of your time.

On a similar note I could do without the celebrity checkered flag wave. Serena Williams looked like she was waving a soiled diaper.

completely agree. Stefano's interview with beyond the grid really shows how bad direction the 'sport' is heading to.

Me, personally, i've lost interest long time ago. I sometimes watch some races, but i suppose within the next 2-3 years i won't be watching anymore .

Same here. now I am more interested in watching races on historic circuits (any kind of races) than F1.
Isn't that weird ? Nostalgia is creeping on me, I think.

Unfortunately, the powers that be decided Spa needed the sprint format.
