    That Howmet gas turbine car is interesting to watch go around the track. Good year, best since the 1990's I think. The organizers realized it had slipped over the last few years.

    Did you get a chassis number on the F40LM?? I wonder if it was a real one or just a modified F40?? It looks pretty real, although the wheels are F40 GTE LM.

    The 333 SP is a favorite of mine. Glad they were there for others to see. I saw them earlier this year at the Ferrari Challenge at COTA. They SCREAM!

    It was really fantastic to see them. Great weekend great display. Always a fun time every year. Now back to reality.

    Lake forest Market Square car show tonight. Downtown Lake Forest...

    The cars will line up in the north parking lot area of the train station starting at 3:30 pm. Please register your car prior to the 20th and check in when you arrive. Blackdog Speed Shop staff will be there to direct cars to the parking area. The music by the band, ‘Rockin’ Fenderskirts’ will play from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

    August and September Fuelfed events, not including a few important members only events. Late September Winnetka event is the Ferrari event as usual(not listed).

    A couple of new events this year, especially in August but you have to be a member to know about them. Don't be a cheapo, support this car club if you don't already.

    So I was in Phoenix for 6 days and finally had a chance to go to the Martin auto museum. I don’t have pics I can share. But there are over 100 cars I’m sure. Free water. Free arcaded. And you are allowed to open doors and sit inside the cars!! That was awesome!
