It is relatively easy to change the look by moving the windshield forward a bit and canting it back as it appears here. The engine is probably mounted similarly in the space frame as the 812/F12. I just hope the front overhang is less than the 812- it adds mass to the look of the car and of course the scraping… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
So far from what I have seen, this car is certainly shaping up to be something very special, can't wait for the debut!
I agree the comparison is relevant. It is unfortunate that the US is shipped cars with GPF. Even the Comp at Fiorano was hindered. Free flowing beast that wanted to get out but was stuck in GPF jail as will the F167.
Called “roll” why Novitec springs are a must if you track your 812…….. —————————— I’m getting confused here. IIRC we’ve previously heard that the rear is shorter than the 812. The boot treatment hasn’t been seen on a Ferrari in decades (something to that effect) which to me implies non hatchback? The roof treatment is unique. (Zagato bubbles would be cool……) No round but 4 rear lights. Did I “misremember?” Am projecting? Now: They’ve shortened the bonnet by 4 cm and made the cabin more centered. To me that implies a “GTC” silhouette over a “GTB.” Does it not? Fine and preferable by me if indeed those are the inspiration for the design. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
“ Good surprise “ . So this could means three things: hybrid , mild hybrid or a total new v12 engine .
Gated manual, 10k rpm and a mostly analogue interior with tactile buttons. Just kidding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If I only had the finances… But I do hope Ferrari picks up on that trend and realizes how mostly screen filled interiors date very quickly. A good surprise would be the return of the manual as the front-mid V12 isn’t about raw numbers anymore and the SF90 is the tour-de-force for Ferrari, so F167 can be about nostalgia and La Dolce Vita as per the Roma. That would be fantastic but I’m afraid only fantastic for a few… Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Good? Matching the V12 engine, this name would be music to our ears... The more I think about the new car's classic inspiration and timeless shape, the more I think the new F167 could be the real Icona from the model range...
It shall read: It’s important to shorten the wait without saying anything else. Remark: Saying this while having allocation for early delivery in the pocket!
