So 348 guys have a big trend of running 360 wheels - my question is the opposite, has anyone run 348 wheels on a 360?

I like to always have a backup set of wheels and tires around since I somehow manage to get a nail in my tire like twice a year, and my neighbor has some 348 wheels for cheap - I think they are a cool retro look too. Would be perfect for backups.

I think the offset is bad for that direction. The 360 had to be machined off to work on a 348.

I had seen a lot of people who were running 360 wheels on 348’s with no machining

Well, your neighbor must be willing to lend you a couple wheel to try them out.

There is a big difference in offsets between early and late 348s. Here are the numbers for the 348 and the 360. Rears are obviously too narrow except for temporary use. Might oversteer a bit and the fronts might need spacers.
    348

    Five Spoke 17” Early, 5 X 108 mm

    Front 7.5J X 17 ET 49 mm, Rear 9J X 17 ET 68 mm

    Five Spoke 17” Late, 5 X 108 mm

    Front 7.5J X 17 ET 49 mm, Rear 9J X 17 ET 43.05 mm

    360

    Five Spoke and Modular 18”, 5 X 108 mm

    Front 7.5J X 18 ET 31.5 mm, Rear 10J X 18 ET 38.95 mm

Not sure I would do that, but a 348 and a 360 look better with F430 wheels on.

Noted but you haven’t seen a lot of people who were running 348 wheels on a 360. There is a reason for that.

Just grab some standard 19” 430 wheels, it’s a great upgrade for the 360.

Problem is the standard F430 wheels are very heavy. They noticeably dull the handing.

Yes. Some people run 285 in the back as well.
