New addition, going to attempt to DD for a while. Super compliant ride even with the Manthey Racing Edition setup. I didnt know a modern 911.x was such a brilliant car. Last Porsche I used as a DD was a Cayenne Turbo, and before that a 996 Turbo which I did not like. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
no joke. this becomes my daily drive with the 4c spyder... as I am selling the 458... Image Unavailable, Please Login
+1 I had the Performante Spyder and that could DD easily. Super compliant. Even made for a great long weekend road trip car, albeit you have to stuff shoes and wine under the seat rests!
Is that Verde Themis? I had a Perf in that color Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So far so good…super compliant, carries speed thru corners like nothing else Ive been in. Did a few back to back drives in FGT and GT3, have to say GT3 makes quite a DD if desired. Not too harsh at all. I am told the 992 911 TTS is incredible as a DD also. Haven’t been in one yet. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just got a 2021 F8 Tributo, so it's the new weekend car. My daily driver has been a 2021 BMW X5 M50i...but my V12 Lusso has been slowly catching up. I'm still a little hesitant to put a lot of miles on it, and I have to be honest, I'm worried about the image it portrays when I drive it to work--though that hasn't stopped me from doing so once in a while. I'd be curious about what @dustman thinks about his new GT3's carbon buckets over time. I traded a 991.2 GT3 with carbon buckets for the F8. They weren't comfortable for longer drives (I was too wide, um, I mean, they were too narrow). I also had to use the front end lift over any speed bump, and the car was actually too loud for me over long distances (some temporary tinnitus after driving ~100 miles). So, I personally never found the GT3 comfortable enough for a DD.
Not as nice as all of the 911s but we picked up this GTS over the weekend. Image Unavailable, Please Login
We have one also as DD and it’s fantastic. Smallish inside unfortunately but great handling and power.
Just picked up this Purple People Eater M3 Comp xDrive. So much fun to drive... even babying it for the break-in period. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
