Outside of the new SUV, what Ferrari models have higher seat heights? I have a 458 and its gotten tough for me to get in and out. I know most Ferraris are low to the ground for performance sake. Just wondering if there are ferraris that sit higher than I might think??

I got a cranky back and arthritis, and my Cali has proven to have reasonably easy ingress and egress over the just half dozen years. I would guess the GT V12s would be likewise.

If you want to go with the other F-car, Ford, try something like this! Easily the most comfiest ride I've enjoyed. It's like a couch on 6 wheels! [emoji2]

It is always easier to get in than to get out.

I owed a 458 and then a Roma. The Roma is much much higher. Feels like getting in an ordinary car. The driving dynamics are not similar. The Roma will feel like a larger car with a higher center of gravity. I much prefer the mid engine cars.

With your 458 try stretching before getting in. It helps a lot. Touch your toes and do some squats first. Then get in.

I went through a bunch of 4xx cars and in all of them I looked like an old decrepit dude (which I am)trying to get in and out. Went to the 812 SF and subsequent GTS and both are much better(as I think the F12 would as well). I would probably avoid the race seats as they sit much lower unless they have the seat lift.

The other thing about the racing seat is that if your old man balls hang too low they can bang against the edge of the seat when trying to get in.

I have a much easier time getting in and out of my 812 than my 296. And I’m only 1.68m.

A convertible makes things easier because you can full step inside first. The actual answer for a coupe would probably be the LaF. I had butterfly doors on the 720s and not only do they look good, they’re amazing in terms of usability too.
