Our Spider came with exactly ZERO of those tools in it's pouch. It's the PERFECT place for an Element fire extinguisher instead.

I suppose you could have one reproduced. I'm not sure what forms the framework. The panels are quite stiff, so it's not just pure leather. It also is lined with a black material (including the flap).
