Perhaps from an aggressive cleaning fluid which stands there after washing.

Oxidized raw steel. The aluminum doesn't look too bad. Could be a harsh engine degreaser let stand. I'd do something about that. Any other steel bots with corrosion? Look for ones sitting vertically as well.

I've looked pretty closely and don't see anything else.

The screws from my underbody paneling are corroding - they are not stainless steel.

Either they were changed at one point or the early cars had cheaper screws to save costs :D

This happens to most newer Ferraris in this location if exposed to harsh weather and salt on roads, I saw a GTS that had very similar rust that a friend was looking at, this was due to it being a demo car and used throughout the winter. I advised him to get the dealer to change these, plus the nuts that hold the small clips on the brake rotors, and many other small items, before he bought it, in cae he had to sell it on to another dealer, it was only a stop gap car for him. The car looked like new when they had finished with it.

Currently have some evapo-rust working its magic in there for a few hours.
