    After my last RC aircraft suffered a catastrophic failure and ended up in the drink (with me comically paddling out in the kayak to retrieve the pieces) I decided to up the ante and buy a jet to replace it.

    I figure it’d be wise to take a couple of pics now so I remember what it looked like before it’s first flight…

    EDF. Electric Ducted Fan. So not technically a jet, of course.

    So while it is designed and performs like a true jet, it doesn’t sound like one unfortunately.
