Because few pictures show it better than thousand words, here are 2 pictures of the 2 cars from the back in the same curve ( and same driver,,) at Le Mans .
And then 2 pictures from the front one a period one at Le Mans of the Daytona and the other in 2022 of the BBLM in a big curve at Le Mans. You can see in both pictures the significant difference of how the chassis are reacting to those curves and acceleration at the apex.

Same silver as the rest of the body. Just too much sun on that nose that day.

Having driven both, and hard, very hard, the Daytona is another breed. The photos show a different stance clearly.
The drivetrain is completely different as is the era of each car, but nothing beats the lovely Daytona, not that
I would mind either one or both. Here we have a case of the ox-cart, but as gorgeous the BB may be...

Bottom line, it is like two wonderful, great wines or whiskies, they are just that. Which is better?
The driver is the common denominator. Once, while chasing a 430 or something similar, in the Daytona, acceleration,
or possibly the driver in lovely twisties, the new(er) car got away in the straights, but in the turns, no way.
    And that glorious sound...

    Regards, Alberto
