XX Spider spec - Sorry, just seeing new posts then opening up section ... Good news XX is on Ferrari app.
agreed, the xx makes more sense than the standard car imo which has so little storage that it might aswell be a track / hardcore car
Your position is the SF90 is 'garbage.' That's fine. The reason you give is it sounds terrible (sound is subjective, as well as the emotions a car gives you, so fair enough.) You said it has too much power. You are okay with the F12 - do you have a 'hard' top limit?
My dealer told me if I buy the car I must give it back to them in 6 months . They advised I could not keep it no matter what. Anyone else come across this nonsense
Indeed, it’s nonsense. If Ferrari has chosen you to receive an XX, it’s yours once you sign the papers. There’s an ROFR agreement, but that’s the extent of your commitment. You will need to hold your current SF90 until after taking possession of the XX.
ROFR is different to giving them back the car in a physical sense after 6 months of ownership there's always been a myth with xx cars with got confused with the truth - that ferrari won't let you have the car, whereas most owners keep with them ferrari for their track days etc the xx is a road legal car though so it's completely different
also for clarification I was initally responding to: "My dealer told me if I buy the car I must give it back to them in 6 months . They advised I could not keep it no matter what. Anyone else come across this nonsense" and not crinoid's post.
i was told you have to keep your current car until you get the VIN confirmation and goes into production but not necessary till taking delivery of it
It’s going to be wild to see what happens with SF90 values when the market suddenly becomes flooded with cars for sale.
^same - zero desire to sell my SF90 Spider which may arrive spring - SF90 like selling a Challenge Stradale and imagine in Spider. Roma 296 can come n go - not the low / limited production.
It works, but there are issues. The stripe option does not work and some other things. I had my dealor makes up some designs as their configurator has many more options available than the one available online. Colors for example, they have many more available colors for the car. You’re showing us a PlayStation type video…Laguane made a point that we can’t draw any conclusions from a video game display of speed. Cool video btw…xx looks good in red.
