Good morning all, we previously haven't had a presence on FCHAT, but were directed to this thread and thought it might be nice to address it head-on. No misrepresentation here whatsoever; the light that you've highlighted is nothing sinister, it is in fact the headlamp indicator. Check the location of the CEL icon (screenshot taken from the engine-start portion of the same video--normal 10sec CEL sequence on engine-start), you'll see it is located lower in the cluster when compared to the headlamp indicator.

We genuinely appreciate your enthusiasm for our work, it would seem it is mission accomplished if our car got you so intrigued that you spent your time hunting for potential flaws or explanations for how it simply can't be possible as advertised! The facts are there, there is no misrepresentation and the video isn't hiding anything. Plenty of other people have since driven the car, and could confirm that there isn't anything to hide.

Based on your cynicism it seems unlikely that you would be a prospective client for a future Modificata commission (which is just as well, because this car is a one-off for us) but if you'd like, we would be more than happy to show you around the car in person, take you for a ride, and buy you a coffee while we address any other concerns that you might have.
