Hey everyone, since I went to Silverstone for XX Programme UK stage last week, I am now looking forward to go to Italy for the Finali Mondiali, in Silverstone, everybody can freely visit the paddock but I heard in Finali Mondiali paddock is not opening for general visitors, is that true? And I know Finali Mondiali is way longer than normal challenge event, it will be nearly one week, so which day will be recommanded most considering about the number of limited Ferraris (likes some 812 Compeitizone, LaFerrari outside the venue) and the visibility of the XX cars?

    Thank you in advanced.

Unfortunately it's true that you will need a special pass to visit the paddock. You can read my thread from the last years event at Imola: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/finali-mondiali-2022.667733/

Ferrari fu**ed my up really hard after their stupid decision (while corona time) just to let in only selected visitors to the poddock while all other enthusiasts had to stay outside like rueful dogs. For me that's just arrogance and creating a two-tier society. And that's also the reason while I won't visit Ferrari events anymore. I was a Ferrari enthusiast since my youth but I'm beginning to hate this arrogant company although they are still building amazing cars.

The best days are clearly Saturday and Sunday.

The parade on track will be on Sunday afternoon.

    Hi
You will need some kind of pass to enter the circuit.
If you are a member of a Scuderia Ferrari Club you might be able to get a pass through your club.
Ferrari dealers also offer packages for the event. They normally include food and drink, which means money has to change hands. All these passes normally give you access to the Paddock and the exhibitions inside the Paddock. They normally also include access to the grand stand.
Access to the pits and pitlane might be limited.
This is how it was the last few years.
At some point Ferrari will launch a dedicated site on there website.
You might get more information at that point.
If you plan to go you better look for a hotel sooner rather than later. Accommodation around Mugello/Scarperia is a problem.
Arriving early at the circuit is a must to avoid traffic jams. Tuesday to Friday is quiet Saturday normally still ok. Sunday is mobbed.
If you are in the area there is also the Auto e Moto d’Epoca in Bologna on
    https://autoemotodepoca.com/en-GB/
    Hope this helps
    Kind regards
    Manfred

Stay in Florence and get up really early. Driving from thrte through the hills to Mugello in the morning is just beautiful - no mattter in what car. I haven't been there for a few years now, but always liked the Saturday more. OK, you will miss the big show - but much less people and a better chance to enjoy the cars and the action on track.

I just returned from Mugello 48 hrs ago where we stayed at a wonderful place in the Tuscan hills, approx. 20 mins from the track, the Villa Campestri.
    Website:

    https://www.villacampestri.com/

Super nice hotel, nice and friendly family owned.

(Unfortunately the Villa Le Maschere in Barberino di Mugello has been permanently closed since the Covid years 2020/2021).

Several dealers are telling me, that they can not book tickets for the CASA Ferrari, does anyone else have such a problem? I still don't have tickets and it seems, that either the booking system doesn't work correctly, or everything is sold out, but I highly doubt this can be the case a month earlier...

My dealer had the same issues for us. Apparently, the european dealers were able to access the website for tickets 6 hours prior to the USA market due to time difference. Many US dealers including mine (and I'm sure yours too) complained to FNA and Italy about this issue. My dealer advised that they will hear back later this week and should hopefully have tickets for us as they can not lockout the US clients.

I contacted my friends at Modena Cars in Switzerland and they had the same issue, so is my Bulgarian dealer and so is the Dubai dealer, so clearly the issue is everywhere. I was told all tickets have been sold for about an hour, which seems absurd. However, everyone I know, that wanted Casa Ferrari passes, has now bought Paddock passes (obviously including me). Just ridiculous...

What a clown company Ferrari is. Last year when I couldn't enter the paddock without a pass, I asked some of the Ferrari staff how I can get one of these passes but nobody could give me an answer. Only idiots working at this company!

Definitely the worst FM event, at least for the 11 years, that I am participating on it.

    - The big and unprecedented mess with the Casa Ferrari passes. That is the main reason and for me it is absolutely unacceptable.
    - Sunday schedule and especially the show were delayed with a full hour or it may have been even more.
    - Sponsor activities were actually before the main show, which makes no sense.
    - Ferrari parking was separated on 3 different places.
    - AGAIN the date matched with a Grand Prix, so F1 drivers could not attend.
    - Actually either John Elkann or Piero Ferrari were not present.
    - Accreditation center was moved from the usual place in a normal building to a tent for no real reason (except maybe saving costs, which is ridiculous).
    - People with normal passes were not even been able to go to all grandstands on the track, which was never done before and is not right.

Than I missed nothing this year. After the sh**ty last years event at Imola where I could't enter the paddock (which was just ridiculous) and at the last day where simple visitors like me couldn't enter the middle tribune which was accessible for all visitors the days before, I won't visit any Ferrari events anymore! The passion for Ferrari died for me thanks to their stupidity and arrogance!
