We saw this with the F8, everyone talked about how they would be 20-30% off sticker by now. And of course they aren't.

Now that being said, the last 3 years have been exceptionally abnormal. And who the heck knows how the next 2-3 years will go! I don't quite understand how demand is still so strong, feels like the Fed has really killed any industry that revolves around "reasonable" interest rates.

Simple. Ferrari knows the market. Ferrari won't saturate the market. Ferrari knows their buyers at a very high level. Ferrari knows the financial, social profiles of their buyers. Ferrari knows how many buyers are buying only if they can finance (vs can't pay cash) vs those paying cash. Ferrari knows the buyer profiles who are on the dealers backorder lists. Ferrari scores their buyers as do the dealers. (1-5) In other words, Ferrari operates outside of the normal ways of thinking about even supply and demand. Rates will go up, rates will go down. Economies will boom, economies will bust. Ferrari clients keep standing in line to buy Ferraris. Similar to: Hermes Birkin Purses, Beach Front Real Estate, 250 GTOs (and others), certain watch brands....and many other very high end products.
