Nylon not anywhere near strong enough. Needs to be steel. OP is in San Jose. Probably the biggest concentration of Ferrari shops in the world. Mechanics wind up with that kind of hardware in their miscellaneous drawer from changing seat belts. Id go to whoever services the car and ask. There are 50 of those bushings laying around in the South Bay. Just have to find one.

checked with another mechanic, no luck, but I bought these from buslab, https://www.buslab.com/searchresults.asp?Search=251857855&Submit= they are 1.5 mm too tall, 1 mm less on OD, .5mm less on id for the bolt, and .2mm less on od of sleeve area I will grind down the height.
