I added some more info in the parts thread, but here is another source for block fitting to convert to M22 to AN fittings. Nice guys thanks for sharing. I think the stock hose is -12 FWIW. The oil pressure sending unit is after all these components so it should give some indication of a potential problem if the -10 is a flow restriction of some kind. The swept 90 instead will flow better than the banjo so that's a plus. Edit: oh nice that the -12 end is available! cheers

The Setrab stuff is nice but they have no female metric fittings, all male. Of course if you get one of their coolers you're golden... If you want to go onto the male fittings on a factory cooler you need female
Ah, but you can use the Setrab stuff to replace the block fittings directly. Then you can use any commercially available oil cooler with AN-12 male fittings. All about options.
Has anyone tried the sweep 90 22mm to -AN on the oil filter housing? That would seem an improvement, if it fits. My other question about using them is how to determine the thread stop point? If it swivels on the male thread end that would do it. It is a straight thread into the housing and the block, so no "tighten till it's right" like with tapered hose type threads. I see an O ring, possibly a crush washer would be required as well.

I don't think they unscrew. Anything genuine ferrari will be pretty expensive around a thousand in my quick search. I believe what you are showing above is an adapter... I believe the OEM oil coolers were all painted black and yours looks to be bare aluminum. Maybe it was a replacement at some point or just stripped of paint? Are you still using the stock hoses? That might have been the issue if there was a different thread on the hose vs. the cooler. If you are using AN lines you need to convert from the stock 30mm thread to the AN standard using an adapter. Check your hose fittings to see those aren't trashed too. I would bring that to a radiator shop and ask them to cut that off and get a 30MM threaded male bung welded on your existing cooler.

Your attachments don't seem to have any relevance to your post. Was gravely disappointed with a Superformance lower hose yesterday that couldn't be persuaded to connect my engine to the oil cooler. Clocking of the fittings was off roughly 20 degrees, and though I could just, almost, get it to work, the strain on the oil cooler was considerable, so I ordered a 'factory' hose from Ricambi. I am hopeful this new one will do better. Thought I should add I have had excellent results from many dozens of SuperFormance supplied products over the last year of my 308 refurbishment, so a one off duff hose isn't too bad.
