Ok last ones from delivery … I pinky swear. I’m just ve Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Reveal short: https://youtube.com/shorts/y1Ipm0Hcpk4 Got to drive her for half an hour or so before she gets on a hauler to Charleston tomorrow morning … she did not disappoint.
Just a little heads up … Of all the new cars I’ve ever had delivered including very inexpensive ones, this is the worse condition the paint has ever come from the factory. Orange peel is relatively ok, but Ferrari needs to fire whoever is in charge of buffing at the factory. Terrible swirl marks, compound residue everywhere including in all the grilles, water spots deeply etched into the paint that require special products to remove, and a bunch of other imperfections. Thankfully all of it can be remedied by a great detailer, but it’s been a full day (and expensive) job just to get the paint ready for PPF next week, which really shouldn’t be the case on a car this expensive. But at least I don’t have overspray or missing paint issues that have been documented by other owners. Just be mindful that this is a ‘thing’ when you get your car delivered, especially on a flat paint if you want it to be mirror like. We’re slowly getting there tho. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Mine is finished paint correction, PPF, and ceramic today. Picking it up in a few hours. I must have been real lucky as my detailer said no major paint issues.
I had the exact experience with my 812 GTS my paint needed major work. Porsche is the same they come in with a lot of paint correction needed I wonder if it's the stuff the stick to the car all around?
I’ve been lucky with the Porsches to date, they’re not perfect but none of them were as bad as the GTS. We managed to correct most of it away, she’s about to get POF and tint. Image Unavailable, Please Login

My GTS is Stage 40. Those of you with recent deliveries, what might that mean for my rough ETA? I’m in Charlotte.
Based on my experience, forever … my car has been sitting in customs for like 60 days, and before that was on the slow boat from china for weeks …..I ordered the McLaren 750 spider two weeks before I was supposed to receive my 812, put the order in…… and it came before my 812…. If you're lucky maybe spring but it's not an exact science. I can't believe they are still making these. I had mine out today, such a blast driving this thing. Fast but relatively chill.
Yeah…I am pretty sure mine will be the very last to roll off the line. Going with an Atelier build was a very poor decision.
I did two that way. It works out nicely. They were very accommodating. If I went in person, I’d still be there!
I went there in person for my 296 GTS build nice operation great staff but they seem to be limited compared with Atelier at Maranello IMO But that's to be expected - my next build after this will be definitely back in Maranello
