That mirrors what I've been hearing from friends about BO9. Hopefully they can get it back on track for 10.
Had some Blantons Gold in the window before dinner last evening. Turns out Prague isn't a big whiskey town so it's mostly beer. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Found a spot with a proper Ol Fashy. My Friend's Bar (no seriously that's the name of the place) on Americka (no seriously that's the name of the street) in Pilsen. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Tonight we're exploring the old city center and found this. Bananas foster all over the nose and palate, really excellent pour. Wish this was avail in the states, but as you can see it's EU only.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
A BT kind of day today! The Colonel Barrel Proof Batch 12 and a couple of Eagle Rare’s to boot. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, specific barrels are export only. It's also a 70cl bottle, so 50ml less than a us one. Lower proof too. I've got 3 or 4 sb jacks at home and this is quite different which is wild to me. Also i found a bottle of the same barrel in a retail shop. Kc950 which is around 42ish dollars.
Popped down the road from our hotel (Art Deco Imperial if you're ever in Prague....phenomenal!) to pick up some Nikka from the barrel (because it's hilariously expensive if anyonen in MD ever gets it that I've seen) and this was sittin there at UNDER the US MSRP. Serendipitous. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I am not sure about your statements. I pretty sure I have seen the 45% bottle in Total Wine. I know I typically get the 1XX proof versions. And here is your exact bottle being able to be bought online even: [BUY] Jack Daniel's Single Barrel | 700ML at CaskCartel.com
I'd be willing to bet there's more than one barrel of whiskey they proof down to 45% to sell. Also that's not the one I got. Mine is straight bananas foster and creme brulee.....and they also don't provide a barrel number. Last night was fun though. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Beautiful evening on the upper patio deck at the lakehouse with Joseph A. Magnus Cigar Blend and one of my favorite barber pole cigars. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have had many different pours with cigars, but the JA Magnus CigarBlend was way better than anything else I’ve tried. I’m not one to usually comment on such things, but the finish on the Magnus CB just keeps going and going. An amazing pour!
