F1 2023 COTA-GP - Austin Pre-Race Thread

So, what will be Ferrari's excuse this weekend? Fred and the team had a good couple of weeks but now they are back to being stuck in reverse. Haas is now a total embarrassment to themselves and all F1. A new wrap for the car, but no significant upgrade. The drivers must feel terrible having to smile at the cameras.
This has got to be the make or break weekend for Riccardo. And for Stroll. Does he just get in the car because his father tells him to? There is really only a ten car grid this weekend. The fast ten, and the showboaters.

 

Will Ricciardo show up on a horse and wearing a cowboy hat again?

 

I just want some exuberant checkered flag waving.
