    My car is also 106A - 72 - originally - but was repainted in Switzerland in the 1980ies.

    The car was originally (Argento 106 E-1) silver.
    It was resprayed in Rosso Fer 300/9 perhaps 30-35 years ago.
    FYI, when I had some paint mixed for a fix, a scan of the paint came up with VW Tornado Red.

    From mid 1981 to 1985 manufacturer of paint Glasurit: Rosso Corsa (FER300 then yellower with FER300/600 reference during year 1983)
