A shame as a road version would have been very special!

Nigh on unusable, not to mention that it would have been a nightmare to make it compliant with pedestrian safety regulations.

It seems that 499 trademarks are for SF90 replacement. It doesn’t make sense to do a spider and a special version of the 499.

I wonder at 6.3m euros by how much is the 499xx the most expensive ferrari they've ever sold excluding bespoke 1 off customer cars?

499 for sf90 remplacements ? 499 stradale or 499 spider is trademark for next hypercar project 250. This car have practically same technology of 499p but with stradale everyday usability. No sens put 499p on street is to radical and uncomfortable to drive at 50 miles per hour. Don’t forget 499 significaly cubic inch per cylinder on v6 Ferrari engine. Forget sf90 is another category for Ferrari and next version of sf90 is version M. very sorry for my English is very but I’m trying.

I was able to have a private viewing of the car last Thursday. Are you sure about the €6.3 million price? I only asked technical questions. Thanks

The cost to run it will be similar to and F1 due to rebuild cycle and cost as it is a bespoke engine as it is a stressed member. No ABS like F1. You will get two years free entry in to Corsa Cliente events. They are going to put in a larger seat if needed.

Wow you can see from the front through to the other side of the road. I am still holding out hope that the mule they are running at the moment is not the final monocoque/aero parts and they will improve on the LaF's seating position.
In terms of desirability I think brand/provenance matters more than outright performance and Ferrari will always win in that department. However, with the F250 drawing so many parallels to the actual racing car, I think laptimes will still play some role. IMO laptimes matter more to the online keyboard warriors but in the future some of them might grow into future supercar owners. I think the effect of laptime on value is pretty well demonstrated with POrsche GT cars. If laptimes didn't matter at all you would have Ferrari prepping their press cars or Lambo faking ring times.
Also many owners are quite childish when it comes to their toys in my experience.

    True,
As a reminder people have just to compare the Laferrari mules ( mulotipo) with the final shape..

The real question is which parts of that mule are actual F250 parts?
    Chassis? Windscreen? Wipers? Interior?

Yes that is why I mentioned monocoque. The dimensions (especially width) still look like the aluminum SF90 tub.

    It does, but not necessarily.
Term Tube or Tub( as written sometimes ) is referred as chassis also.
    So you are right.
