Saw the movie last night. More about the man then the cars. A lot different to Ford versus Ferrari which I must admit I enjoyed more. Still worth watching in my opinion for most of us here on this forum.
P.S Never thought I'd live to see the day I'd be watching Il Commendatore, Enzo Ferrari having rough sex on a kitchen table !!!
Not in the kitchen, that was the dining room table. In the kitchen there are the little people, you don't do "it" in front of the staff;-)
A possibly interesting book: https://www.amazon.com/Ferrari-Screenplay-Troy-Kennedy-Martin/dp/B0CTL5C4CC/ref=sr_1_11
I was able to watch the film streaming on my computer, in French version. Not really exciting...Obviously, the most successful scenes from my point of view are those of the Mille Miglia. Superb settings, superb cars, very similar drivers. But the big problem is Adam Driver. At no time can I "see" Enzo. And since he's omnipresent on screen, it's really a problem. Furthermore, Enzo Ferrari had a very particular voice and diction, which we absolutely cannot find. I also find the intimate scenes with his two women rather disturbing. Still from my point of view!
