Lots of places along the Strip have packages to see the event. Not cheap though and I'm not sure how much of the race you will actually see.

People whine but look at Mexico. Actually Vegas is more interesting and longer.

Today I caught the Sphere doing a live stream test. Its pretty clear they are going to use it as a giant TV screen during the F1 event. Its amazing they can flatten the video image even though its a curved screen.

I sure hope that looks clear enough to see close contact between cars

It isn't yet but in a few years The Sphere will run on 100% renewable. Of course in Nevada we get hydroelectric but also solar.

So that's a difficult question to answer. Part of it depends on which hotel. Those that are inside the track are more difficult than those outside. So for example, the Flamingo is more difficult than Caesars across the street because you can get into Caesars by using Frank Sinatra drive. The Flamingo would be the Strip or Audrey and both could be difficult with traffic.

Normally I would say UBER or Taxi. But depending on when you're coming it could be a really long wait. My suggestion is try to make a reservation with a limo company. Could get rid of a lot of stress. Everything is being marked up. I understand the taxi's have a $15 surcharge for pick ups because traffic will be bad.

Thanks for the info....staying at the Park MGM Hotel. 3770 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Friends rented a suit at the Aria we all pitched in for to watch the races. Tip on a limo company? Thanks you again! Cheers!

Going to the Venetian this weekend to celebrate my Wife's birthday. It seems like I'll be able to get in and out without too much difficulty? Once there, we're not driving anywhere until we leave next Monday morning early. Any traffic diversion/road closures on the Strip side or Koval behind it? We're walking over to the Sphere, whichI'm assuming I'll figure out on the spot. Thanks

I have to imagine a limo will be even more immobile in all that traffic. And by now maybe they’ve all been booked? I’m staying at MGM and will just be walking to Aria and Bellagio.
