I just put new OEM rotors of my CS as the old ones were pretty worn. Is there any point/value in keeping the old ones and refurbing them at some point by someone like rebrake or just throw them away?

Dont chuck them. The hats are good and resusable. In fact, I think the challenge discs may fit the oem ccm hats. And typcially the challenge discs go for much cheaper.
