Thank you! Yup, we're definitely in "no socks" driving weather up here. It's been scorching for a month plus. T
Just saying. You got a drought, I bring the Cali out! [emoji2] Image Unavailable, Please Login This morning. Near the small town of Sycamore, Texas. Almost no measurable rain fall in the previous 2 months. Image Unavailable, Please Login Rainbow for good measure. T
Don't see exotics very often while driving the Cali out in the wild. But, this orange McLaren - no idea which model - sounded and looked sweet zooming by. Up near Eagles Canyon racetrack. Image Unavailable, Please Login Photo credit to my co-pilot and sweetie...T
Thank you. I figured as much being that far north. We had a freeze a month or so back, which is very early for us, but apart from that is been super driving weather since the summer heat wave finally broke. Hoping for an early spring for y'all! T
Took a while, but another milestone. Image Unavailable, Please Login It's been great driving weather the last few months. T
What a noob! If you can't make at least 50K don't even talk to me. (Seriously, congrats on a milestone) I bet you don't have the top down right now!
I have 56K, but about to put about another 5K on. In Feb we leave for Ameilia Island for the Amelia Concours, and then down to Key West. Right now the car is in my local shop getting the timing belts done, plugs, rebuild the shocks (which were shot), and a few other maintenance items. I have taken the FF out though. The only problem is our town spreads salt like crazy as soon as one flake hits the ground.
Awesome. KW is one of our favorite places. Have driven the Porsche there, but not the Cali. Driving a Ferrari along the Overseas Highway is going to be a lot of fun. Just keep an eye on traffic on US-1 into Key Largo. Last time we took the longer way, but a nice road too, via Card Sound. Safe travels...T
Picking up at Boardwalk. We sustained damage to our garage during the recent windstorms, and the BF crew kept an eye on the Cali for a couple of weeks. Thank you! Image Unavailable, Please Login Been very good weather for driving the last month or so. Overcast on this day, but most have been sunny and mild. Image Unavailable, Please Login Mountain Springs, Texas. T
No, you saved me from that embarrassment! We're still a few weeks away from sock-free driving weather though. So, it's the Puma/Ferrari Cat 5 sneakers for driving duty for now. Then, we switch into the Tod's driving loafers (w/o socks!)...T
Image Unavailable, Please Login Say what you want about Ferrari, but they make righteous wiper blades. It's warming up, people, time to get those F-cars out of storage and drive them. Rain or shine! [emoji2] T
Image Unavailable, Please Login Off-roading in the Cali yesterday. Who needs a Puro! [emoji2] Image Unavailable, Please Login Beige Cali playing hide and seek. Image Unavailable, Please Login Crested 37K on the drive home. Great drive organized by the local FCA and Boardwalk Ferrari to set the bluebonnets and Indian paintbrushes in bloom. T
