    Has anyone installed one of these in their 458? Does it fit?

    I know some say the extinguisher is overrated, but I figure it’s better than none, and I don’t want that heavy, bulky, regular extinguisher in front of my passenger.

    I have this set up and it works fine. I painted the silver parts black and it blends in pretty well. I saw a set up a few weeks ago that was pretty smart - I will try to find it

    I have that extinguisher but just mounted it behind drivers seat with a strip of alien tape on the base of rear speaker enclosure or firewall in the 458. Simple enough. No drilling needed. Stays put. Tape is removable and leaves no residue if desired.
