Note that at least one owner had difficulty getting the top to operate after carefully following the instructions in the video. Wiring diagram for the roof here: https://www.dropbox.com/t/MP5KnwQJQNVtamJQ If you systematically go through the roof opening procedure, noting the symtoms at each step, it can help pinpoint the problem.
Good afternoon! By any chance, can someone send me the wiring diagrams to my email [email protected]. Thanks in advance!

I have a '98 355 Spider w/secondary hydraulic ram issues; I have another owner's print out of the steps to fix the ram issues which I was going to implement after the weather warms up. I then spent time watching Ratarossa's Youtube video's showing the ways to fix this convoluted top. I then see some owner's remove the rams to allow manual raising/lowering (like my Fiat 124 Spider from 50 years ago-simplicity defined!) I don't plan on trading this car (I'm 71) so why not just do the simple fix? I still plan on sorting the ram issues out but even if that works, I like that route; thoughts and criticisms? Al Arendt
I did the manual conversion to a 355 last summer at the request of a customer. Its easy to do..but it's not the best, or easiest thing to put up back up. You do need to have some good strength to lift the roof up and out from behind the seats. It's a pretty heavy frame assembly. 2 people would defiantly be needed if you are "vertically challenged" I'm no muscle man..but I'm pretty fit and fairly strong, and I was making the grunting noises pulling it up..
