Almost true https://x.com/greensau2/status/1735118069620723899?s=46 Meet Abdul Nacer Benbrika This Muslim person of colour who identifies as a man (he/him) immigrated to Australia in 1989 where he assumed the role of an educator at an Islamic community centre in the Melbourne suburb of Brunswick. During an interview with ABC subsequent to the September 11 attacks, he lauded Osama Bin Laden as a "great man" and hailed martyrs who paid the ultimate price in the name of jihad. Ofcourse we now know that Bin Laden was actually a freedom fighter and 9/11 was justified because of Palestine. In 2005, white supremacists working in ASIO arrested him and 16 of his students for conspiring to carry out a terrorist attack. While specific details regarding the intended attack remain undisclosed, reports from the Herald Sun indicated their plans encompassed a terrorist act akin to the scale of the al-Qaeda attacks witnessed in London and Madrid in the preceding years. Instead of showing compassion and empathy, our racist courts sentenced him to 15 years in jail for the unsuccessful attack. Fast forward to 2020 - although Abdul was due for release, the Victorian government completely disregarded his human rights and made a special order to keep him locked up. To make matters worse, the racist federal government also tried to strip him of his citizenship so he'd be deported upon release Fortunately the High Court is now full of left wing activists and just 3 weeks ago, they agreed to restore his Australian citizenship so that he can stay in our country forever, collect welfare, and eventually rejoin your community And the cherry on top - the High Court is expected to shortly order his immediate release from prison Remember folks, terrorist attacks are just part and parcel of living in a large city. Terrorists' lives matter just as much, if not more, than yours. This is a great outcome and will set a fantastic precedent, offering new protections to islamic terrorists all over our country. And if you have a problem with this, ASIO is now under orders to direct its efforts into investigating you for committing hate crimes against the islamists. Finally, our country is on the right track
That’s very nice of you to say Rob. I’m flattered. BUT When I was a member of the young Nationals, they tried to talk me into running for local. I spoke to a few of the members and decided that a life of being under the microscope wasn’t for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I still don’t understand why his name has been suppressed for 40 years. The average punter would have made the nightly news https://www.smh.com.au/national/nsw/senior-officer-allegedly-crashed-police-car-drunk-but-later-omitted-alcohol-from-insurance-claim-20231214-p5erl1.html
And by going on drives with this lot you’ve become closely acquainted with several members without the public scrutiny…
Arseholes. When I was 8, we had a Rambler station wagon, and when it was full (often), I would ride in the back - great fun. We were going over to visit my grandfather's house, and my grandfather was in the car. While stopped to turn right, a drunken policeman, and his drunken policeman son, were coming from a boozy lunch and hit the car at speed from behind. If I were in the back, I would have been killed. My parents and older brother suffered severe whiplash, and my grandfather, who was a fit, active old man, was rendered quadriplegic. My enduring memories of him are of visiting him in nursing homes. The cop, Sgt. Bull was his name, was drunk, abusive, and smoking, despite there being spilt fuel everywhere. He tried to sue Dad for dangerous driving. He got off scot free. I always meant to track him down someday.
Dog walker in the park- was telling me his family owns a dairy farm in Cheshire UK, and could not work out WHY the cows in the early morning the cows were restless and making noise in the sheds! Thought foxes, wild dogs..............Err NO
In the Joh era - cops were running riot. It was worse when I got my licence - I used to use the Moretti negotiating technique.
