Ferrari Challenge Diagnostics Learning material

Hello All,
I have recently joined a motorsport team based in Silverstone, that races with Ferrari 458 & 488 Challenge cars. As a personal interest, I am trying to learn about Ferrari Diagnostics with RCS. RCS is a software tool that helps in the identification of faults in a Ferrari challenge cars. Also, if there are any training for winTAX.

I would like to know if anyone has any information/ courses regarding how to start with the software. Or if there are any classes or training I can learn from.

As I have no previous experience in this, any help and/or guidance would be appreciated.

I am not aware of any diagnostics that allows full capabilities in the 458 Challenge besides the VCI box and software from Waycon.

There are over 250 sensors being monitored by the Marelli Magnelli software which is accessible via the VCI Ferrari software built into the car.

 

Lol, I didn’t know there were anywhere near that number of sensors in the 488. Mind boggling.

that's the 458.

 

Is there a download site for RCS? We got a dongle from DSA who advised us to get RCS but didn’t say how to do that. Local Ferrari dealer is not experienced and hasn’t been able to help. Trying to run a 488 challenge EVO privately on our own for track days
