    That’s what I thought. Any ideas or suggestions on how to define the issue? Unless the newer Hill engineering units are slightly smaller than the old ones? They told me that they are a direct replacement, although the part number is very slightly different. The old part is CRB355 and the new bearing is CRB355 ms

    I bought my Hill TO Bearing in 2016 and it was called "CRB-355MS" on the invoice but it had "CRB-355M" etched on it (see pic). I had no problem pushing it onto the flanged piston. In any case, you can easily measure the slave cylinder diameter that engages the larger diameter of the flanged piston and compare it with diameter on the old one and with the diameter of the piston. Both of your shown bearings appear to be CRB-355M.
