So far I've shed off 55kg stripping out the seats, AC, CD changer, roof lining, carbon airbox with lightweight hoses, sports exhaust with decats and no toolbox. I was going replace the sills with carbon, I believe that's the only part worth replacing for carbon? I'm tempted replace the door carpet with a carbon wrap, as it already faded. Any other ideas?

I'm using QV London to do the work, been using them since 2017, great knowledge! They're putting a spacer in the intake plenum to match the GTS 20hp hike. Combined with doing a remap and forged manifold, what else do you think I can do for more power, to get it to 360?

The idea is have that pure analogue feel with the power to weight ratio of something more modern. It feels pretty quick now already, the sports clutch and semi slicks give it a good launch, geared down a bit too with rears being lower profile at 17-40-255.

Sport exhaust saves 25+ kgs; the 2 original ones are 40+kgs, but you already did that
    Lithium battery 15kgs
    Lightweight bumpers 25+ kgs (sf)
    Magnesium wheels
    Sports cats or straight pipes
    Bigger throttle bodies 57mm

I suppoose you mean flowed inlet ports

Yeah it's nuts how heavy the standard exhaust is. I guess Ferrari were cutting costs more back then.

Thanks that's awesome, the battery and bumpers should make a big difference too.

Also if you want hear it, I did a 4 minute video six months back. It's on my personal channel, so pretty sloppy editing.

I didn't know know about the GTC's windows. Funnily enough, a few days ago people were talking about the GTC weight claims in Chris Harris's (Top Gear) video on it.

I will start off by saying get RID of the Moronic ECUs. Get a stand alone ECU + paper wiring loom installed 1st. Then modify to your hearts delight.

Now to save me time I will refer you to a thread I did started back in 2016. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/the-f119-power-modification-thread.513943/

...but paper wiring looms would be lighter, wouldn't they?

There are several choices of injectors. Stock is roughly 195cc, there are injectors 205, 215, 220, 240 that can be used, there are lots of injectors buy when you factor what is actually available to buy its about 3 or 4 good choices if you maintain the stock ECU, re-map them and open the throttle bodies. Ideally you want the ohm of the injectors as close to factory OEM as possible. Oh then there is spray angle and a few other things to consider. I mean jam any ole injector in there and it may run but run correctly all the way to red line and running moistly right are 2 different things.

I was in progress of making my own throttle bodies and intake and working on ECU maps, I even found brand new NOS 100 and much rarer 90ms chips for the ECU but along the way I stumbled on to a business idea I wanted to pursue which I still am. Still have the 75% completed TB's in CAD, one day I will finish them. I spent lots of time on injectors. Pick wisely.

Ideally swap the ecu's as Ernie mentioned here is a current thread right now with a member switching to stand alone ecu's you may want to check. But 260 hp... you can get there with injectors (if selected correctly) and throttle bodies and ecu mapping. 100% positive on that.
