Best match is a 20" set of 599 Challenge/Monolithic wheels. Same width in the front and 1" wider in the rear. Look great and standard 20" 612 tires fit fine, although you can go bigger. Dozens of 612 owners with that combination.

Affirmative, they are Novitec NF2s, no longer in production. Very pretty, but also very heavy. Had a set on my 575M in 19". 612 NF2s are 20".

Don't use the 20 inch Challenge wheels on a 612 for a DD. They are too fragile for DD use on a fairly heavy car like the 612 (I know from experience) and will bend very frequently. The 19 inch wheels you have on now are the best for DD use.

jef- Baloney, you do not know what you are talking about. Those wheels come OEM on the 599 with 600+ hp and more torque than the 612's F133 engine. They are perfectly safe. Any wheel will bend if you bounce it off enough curbs.

Taz, I am not going to get into a lengthy back and forth here. Your knowledge of these cars is undeniably extensive and you have been hugely helpful to me and others over the years. My comment was based on my ownership of a 612 OTO for the past 12 years (which I love) and advice from knowledgeable dealers and others. It is a heavy car (more so than the 599) and I suffered a number of bent front rims with the 20 inch wheels in fairly normal urban and suburban use (without any curb incidents). Since shifting to the 19 inch wheels, I have had no wheel damage for more than 8 years. If you are in an area with smooth well maintained roads, the 20s will be fine. If you are in an area with roads that suffer from the effects of winter and summer climate or poor maintenance, the 20s will be very difficult to live with on that car. That was my experience over time.

I installed a set of 599 wheels because I wanted to have my challenge wheels repainted. I decided to continue driving with the 599 wheels. These fit perfectly, drive well and (in my opinion) look awesome on the 612.

Which tires and sizes are you using on the 599 wheels. I think they look nice. There is a set of ball polished ones (new condition) available in France for 2.5k euros and I was thinking of picking them up but the tire options seem limited.

Rear 275/30/20. Front is 245/40/19. These sizes are not difficult to obtain.

    I drove a TransAm in the 90s, had a 2012 Camaro 2SS, a 2008 Mustang
On the Camaro it had Summer Tires which were awful, put on Snow Tires & it drove better in ice & snow than my Wife's SUV.

I ended up finding an identical set of Rims for the 612 & got Winter Tires on it.
Just have to keep up on Rinseless Washes & Hosing the underside at the Quarter Car Wash whenever the Temp peaks above Freezing

What 19” wheels did you put on your OTO? Also what size tires are you running?

I want to go to 19” but I am wondering if they can clear the front calipers.

Ha! You bought my wheels off eBay!

I went to ball polished challenge wheels with titanium lugs on mine and couldn’t get enough of the look. Yes, they can be fragile (I think I went up in side wall height in the front and width in the rear to assist; you’ll have to calculate diameters just to be sure). Also, buy spares you see on eBay and what not “just in case”.

imho, challenge wheels are the best look on a 612 and ball polished makes a world of difference!

19s easily clear the calipers on an OTO. You will have to change the wheel ECUs as well.

jef- No need to change any sensors with a move between 19" and 20" wheels. ABS only cares that the front/rear tire diameter ratio is within about 4-5% of the OEM tire sets' ratios.
