Twitter/Insta are a full on **** show right now. The people that spend the last 10 years despising Ferrari and all it's drivers, even Schumacher, are pretending to be tifosi now.

Once they find this place it's going to be even worse.

Slower by the minute devisive DOAT who desperately wants WDC, joins consummate strategy bereft, hyperactive finger pointing organization for mutually beneficial results. Yeah, that should work. Best decision since Pironi.

And so it begins. Ferrari already struggle with hiring the best person for the job. Good thing they have the golden ticket to FIA favoritism.

Completely agree. Believe Hamilton will bring a different perspective to Ferrari and Hamilton is one of the drivers out there has a real chance of beating his old team and RB. Cue the drama.

When I voted it was 2 yes 15 no :)

have to also acknowledge the balls it takes for Lewis to make this move. He could have easily, comfortably coasted a few more years at Mercedes then retired a hero to millions, banking plenty of $$$ along the way, but chose to take a leap into the unknown. Where the spotlight will be cranked to 11 not only by the cameras but also millions who are not happy to see him in a Ferrari.
    Talk about challenging oneself.

Actually, we've seen fans, as @william has described, get pretty rowdy regarding their venues...yes Dutch and Italian fans....more so Dutch.

Sorry, I can't be bothered arguing with you about this nonsense. Everyone knows Hamilton treated his father like crap once he got money and fame, except you it seems.

Yeah you said Sir Lewis Hamilton's dad was not allowed to go to all the races. I'm still waiting on proof of that. Who's dad goes to all the races anyway? Even if they can go.

Some were escorted off the bleachers and of course mostly all Dutch fans bring orange smoke canisters at various venues to the point where it looked like a huge orange cloud on the track making it unsafe to drive an F1 car so orange smoke is banned during the race. After the race, Dutch fans can then create as much smoke as possible.

We've posted videos of these rowdy fans here on FChat.

Voted no simply because I think LH is past his prime and will be even more so a year from now when he finally arrives at Ferrari.

I don’t care about driver personalities either way. Frankly, I think all of them are whiny, selfish, and arrogant. Which makes some sense since it’s an obscenely competitive sport.

Anyhow, I’ll cheer for LH when he gets to Ferrari. But I think it’s a very short sighted decision by Ferrari. And like others have said, Ferrari has bigger issues than the drivers.

I respect Hamilton's statistics as a driver, but I don't respect him as a human being. But the worst part of this decision is that it is pure pandering to the press as a cheap, woke excuse for the teams decade plus of failure. They should be focusing on building a great car, not hiding behind a glamor champ.

Not a Hamilton fan when he was dominating but I like how he's hung in there this past season with grit and perseverance and it's the natural next move for him.

Furthermore despite my huge reserve of admiration for Charles, he has been unreliable and dropped many victories with stupid immature mistakes.

As far as Carlos, meh... was happy for him to win a few but the dynamic between him and Chuck was toxic so yes bring in the Hammer and let's shake things up.

I voted yes, it's going to be good for everyone and for world image of Ferrari and the Scuderia will be energized by his presence.
