Will be picking it up on Saturday, currently getting paint corrected, full ppf, ceramic coated, and tints. Will put on spacers when she’s home. Rosso 70 Anni with Cuoio and alcantara for the seats, plus all the other options. IPhone pics for now.
Was the paint correction really needed ? .. I gave mine an eagle eye with no issues .. maybe white harder to spot ? Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
So my GTS has been Stage 90 (on the boat) since around October 12th. Either that is VERY slow boat, or Ferrari hit their Q4 numbers and intentionally slowed my car down. Of course, many others are in my exact situation. I suppose it doesn’t matter. I’ll eventually get my car. It’s just been a very long process, even by normal Ferrari standards.
They meet the quarter numbers. My car is the exact timing of yours. Mine was completed early October and finally arrived in New Jersey about 2 weeks ago. Ferrari does not record revenue until they invoice the dealer. It is apparent that they are filling the distribution centers around the world with next quarter sales. This way they know a quarter in advance what will need to be released from the distribution centers to exceed analysts numbers. They also avoid having to fly in cars to make the “numbers”. Great earnings management company especially when you only have to manage about 15,000 units per year. Sometime during the first quarter our cars will be at the dealer!! Congrats by the way. I was told mine was Status 90 on 11/12. The fact that many of you went Status 90 in October and still haven't hit port yet is very concerning. I called my dealer yesterday and told them to verify that by base price hadn't jumped 50K. He said the car wouldn't be invoiced until it got to port and that he wasn't sure. I told him I wouldn't accept the car (MY 23) 3 months into 2024 with an increased base price. He also told me there would not be a MY 24 812 GTS. Does anyone know if this is true?
@thecadster Which color did you choose? I remember a green. I was also told no 24MYs but don’t know if true.
I think Verde Abetone….it’s been a very long time so I hope my recollection is accurate. Here’s video that accurately reflects the color.
So my car is Stage 91 (through customs). Unfortunately, the SA cannot confirm final pricing until its Stage 93 (shipping to dealers). It’s been a long wait, but I should be in the home stretch. I hope I like the car as much as everyone likes theirs.
After an extended process, and a very long Stage 90 (from Oct 12 to Jan 17, a total of 97 days “on the boat”), my GTS finally arrived at the dealer. The spec is glorious, and the MSRP, is sadly, much higher than I anticipated. Fortunately, the base MSRP matches the other recent 2023’s, but I received the dreaded paint price increase for my Verde Abetone. Many of you predicted that would likely happen, but I was optimistic that it wouldn’t. In any case, I super remain excited about my car, and I steadfastly refuse to let the 11th hour price increase steal my joy. My SA sent me these pics. I hope to check it out in person later this week, or next. Congrats btw what is the carbon fiber side window? First time I recall seeing that option. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Very impressive car. Serious congratulations. I’m in same boat been waiting long for mine as well. I’ve been status 91 as well. Your car is awesome and makes me super pumped to receive mine. Enjoy it in good health Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Congrats bud ... she looks amazing!!! Get her home and detailed and then take some nice pics ... Abetone loves bathing in the sun.
Hard to tell in the crappy pictures, but these are the carbon fiber windows. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That’s fancy. But now you’re going to have to tint your windows to match if you ever want me to sleep again. #1stworldocdproblems
@Jgilchrist My 2023 GTS just came in and the MSRP is at the $466k. Would you mind sending me a PM with the dealer who was able to work with Ferrari to have the MSRP revert back to the earlier 2023 price? Thanks so much!
Out of curiosity, is there even such a thing as a 2024 812 GTS? My dealer delivered one yesterday and it was a 23 and he only has one left that's incoming and he expects that to be a 23 as well. If there's no 24s what's the price increase anyway?
