Why so much input from Apple. Lets be Honest most of there tech is designed by Samsung and Sony. Plus, Apple is buying there old tech too. Then Apple just mix it into a product. Most of Apples phones are 5 years behind Android handsets and they are soulless. Not a good mix for a company or someone Ferrari should be doing business with. In fact the tesla looks like its an apple product line.

I hate the super high roof the PS has, looks ridiculous. The high ground clearance and huge wheel gaps is all horrible as well.

I think in general you’re right - Cosworth might argue with you regarding the V12 - what they’ve done for the T50 is amazing.

I’m open to see what the F167 looks like and the controls but other than the I’ve gone GMA for the T33 Spider instead of the 296 GTS and elsewhere for my Purosangue replacement. When you go over the cars with Gordon Murray, you’re in the world of a real car/driving enthusiast and it’s all about the drivers experience and personally I think their V12 is exceptional and better than my 812 V12. I think Ferrari is tapping more into the world of YouTubers and look at me. This also plays out in the after market with louder exhausts, lowering of cars and cosmetic add ons. But, they’re probably right that’s where the market is going.

Find it hard to believe someone hates a steering wheel enough to stop from buying a new Ferrari.
Ferrari will keep updating the electronics - way back when people disliked every old Ferrari it was not that long ago - when Dino Daytona F40 T'rossa Lusso etc - these cars issues seem to have disappeared somehow and values have skyrocketed.

Wow ... you all prefer your sticky buttons ... have two F cars the buttons in need of a button update.
It's always going to be something with an exotic - that's what makes it an exotic.

This was always going to happen with going pubic. The one diamond in the ruff has been the success rebirth of GT and Prototype Racing at Ferrari so at least we still have some Ferrari soul left for now.

Whats with all this Ferrari hate the last few posts? I personally really like the direction they’ve taken. You have hybrid, tech tech tech for the pursuit of speed on one side and another stream of v12 goodness and icona on the other. I personally am not in the hybrid SF 90xx / la Ferrari replacement camp (just my taste) but I get to play in the NA v12 / icona camp which they continue to do amazing things with. So there’s something that appeals to both sides. Is that bad?

Just look at the SP3 which everyone is going nuts for and the 812 replacement here which everyone that’s seen it says is amazing. You can’t have it both ways and say Ferrari has lost its way but what they keep doing is amazing. That doesn’t make any sense.

If anything I think Ferrari is doing a nice mix of returning to more of their roots while at the same time appealing to something new and they do it on two different streams. This summed it up well for me:

I would say it's a needlessly tall and pointlessly raised 4 door GTC Lusso with, not an SUV. It even can't do basic SUV things like go offroad or tow etc. It's very much for me a perfect symbol of where Ferrari are at as a company, and sadly where it is going. Anyway, lets not derail the thread.

I know a lot of people that a regular Ferrari is to small and this is more their style and its great for driving to the country house on those rougher roads. I would never use a Ferrari as an off roader or to tow.

I really loved the Lusso (more than I thought I would when I originally bought it). If the PS is more “Lusso” than the Lusso then I’m all for it. Now back to the F167… [emoji5]

The PS is not that spacious, 4 full sized adults with luggage on a road trip would be tight on space. And it's no more capable than a Lusso for "rough roads" due to its wheels and tires.

I just wish Ferrari had not followed the sheep and designed and built something clever, lighter and original.

Try driving 211 mph in a 812GTS on track - drive home with the top down and tell us how disappointed you are.

Can only imagine the pain you all must endure by not owning or driving an 812GTS.

Gordon Murray - let's see how reliable his engine is and it's speed.
My guess is the 765LT SF90 SF90XX Senna are all faster in every way.

So you chose the car 10 times more expensive .
fair comparation would be vs Sp3, both NA V12 and cost millions.
Than being said, wish Ferrari offers a icona/retro series (name it as you want),
for many if us who can't/won't pay millions, and can't just drive 10-15 years old cars.
    Light weigh, NA, analog cars.
    I know it won't happen.

I guess you don’t read my post properly. I specifically said I love my 812gts and will never part with it but many new models and interiors sorely miss the mark.

I’ve been on this site for quite some time and what I read (and this discussion in particular of late) are things like: “The F167 will be the best v12 Ferrari has done yet. Everyone that sees it loves it! Just wait you’ll see!!” And the SP3 is the greatest Ferrari since the F50. It’s what we all wish Ferrari would have built” followed by “they build other stuff I don’t like so I’m disappointed they’ve lost their way”

It’s not your comment in particular I’m referring to but the “I can’t wait for the f167 it’s going to be so great but yeah, this is the end of Ferrari!” comments back to back that I’m finding kind of funny in it’s contradiction

I can agree with disappointment in things like the haptic screens everywhere etc. Just overall I find the tone of this thread lately a little silly and wish it would go back to discussing the F167 and not random gripes with the future of Ferrari, the world, electrification, emissions, and so on that seem to come up every month ad nauseam.

Personally I dont think things like "future of Ferrari, electrification, emissions etc" are random gripes !!!. This is an assault on what we as enthusiasts care about.

Luckily we now have great options in Porsche, Lambo and McLaren who are producing fantastic products. If I look at my purchases over the last say 5 years Ferrari has lost out in a big way to these other vendors and going forward will lose out further as other than F167 I have zero interest in their other product lines.

You have only been here for a hot min little over 2 years Frank C has been here almost 20 year and myself 18 years. Ferrari hasn't lost it way it went Pubic and that now mean $$$ is all that matters to the board and share holders they don't care about the history and Soul that Ferrari has that they are killing.

The reports of the F167 are that most will be happy (love) is a strong word and your taking it well out of context. I can't wait to see the F167 in person but I am not getting my heart set on loving it as many incl myself have been left feeling underwhelmed in the recent past. The F50 was and still is massively underrate so to compare with the sp3 in the way you stated is meaningless.

As for off topic there is very little inside and very little outside new information at the moment on the F167 so we chat about other things. The F250 has had a lot more new info surface over the last few weeks as it launches late this year, The F167 won't share much more new now as we are so close to launch, About few weeks out from launch there will be a bust of info and pics.

As for best V12 ever done....F12 TDF, 365 Daytona, 57' Testarossa, 62' 250 GTO are pretty massive boot to fill let alone best.

If you would want to revere Cosworth, I would think that the Valkyrie V12 would make a better case for it.

I don't see how these offerings compete with a Ferrari V12. Lamborghini comes closest, but the Revuelto is a much more expensive car, competing with the SF90 in terms of performance.

Objectively speaking, the new car should be better than all of these.

To many people got caught up on on the F167 Roma mule meaning some how the final design would be heavily related to it. Lambo ish??? we are talking about a front engine Grand Tourer

Only on a technology stand point. Plus you can't compare a Porsche, Lambo or McLaren to a Ferrari V12 Grand Tourer none of them make one.
