Mine are in here already.... Sure you can pick out the clunkers (one of them I even owned at some point, but it wasn't because it was beautiful), I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.....but had no idea FChat came in braille....good job Rob Lay.
Of course you do. That's why you're being rude and also calling out our admin. Quit trolling. All the best, Andrew.
Very hard to pick one, but my top 5 - in no order have all been listed:; Ferrari 330p3/4 Ferrari Dino 206 GT Ferrari GTO Ferrari 512M Porsche 917
Mathematical aesthetics and architecture follow a soft rule of the Golden Ratio. It shows up in the most surprising places, and is what gives us a perception of balance and symmetry. Perhaps the most defensible way to describe beauty, as objects that match the GR are pleasing to the eye in ways of which we’re not necessarily aware. Applying the Golden Ratio to cars, four Ferrari are in the top ten: 2019 Monza SP1 (yes, I know some don’t think it’s pretty) 1967 330 GTC Speciale 1962 250 GTO 1967 330 P4 (my vote for second place after the E-Type, which came in just outside the top ten) Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'll take the bait: More votes for the 330 P4 and the 250 SWB. I'll add the 412 T2 as my dark horse nomination. Always thought it was a very elegant expression of modern F1 car styling. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
To me, the 8C 2900 ALFAs were the most beautiful cars ever made. In both long and short wheelbase versions, the lines are flawless, the cars were spectacular performers, having won quite a number of races including the Mille Miglia. And the engines were both esthetic and mechanical works of art. Bob Z. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
i have seen that Alfa 8c at the mille in 2011. actually, so far, i can say that i have seen every one of the cars i posted (and most of those i did not post) in person, and in person, these cars are all just stunning - walk around, stare at for many minutes, inspect every surface intently - stunning. any one of them could be the winner as far as i am concerned.
This is a car you have to see in person. For whatever reason, it doesn't photograph well. But it in the flesh...
