I forgive them, DeLorean made 6,500 cars, only 1,344 328 GTBs were made. :)

I remember when the 348 was launched, and I thought it had great proportions. It is very much of its era, like the Testarossa, but given the monotony of modern car design a 348 is cool again. Very under appreciated.

The 348 had the misfortune of trying to replace the iconic 308/328. Good luck with that…

I can barely read any of this 3x8, Mondial psychobabble, especially the guy who says he likes the 360- talk about ugly as sin and all plastic crap in the interior and also exterior intake vents— gosh, what trash that car is and hard to look at— anyway, the answer to the original question is F8.

I love my 458.. That said the 430 was really emotional. Every drive was an event. It was pissed off the second i started it,

Wow, do you mean your F430 was more emotional than the 458?
You had a manual or F1?
    What are the key differences?
If you had more Ferraris, how would you rank them emotionally and why?
    Thank you very much.
    Ciao ciao,

    You're misguided,
How is it not a Ferrari when it has the same mechanicals.
    Fairly shallow thinking IMO.

The 355 does this to me *every time*.

If I think no one is looking, I always look back. If I feel anyone is watching, it takes effort not to look back. Sometimes I don't care and look back anyway.

What's interesting to me - maybe it's just me and I'm smitten - but it always looks best when it's been out of sight for a bit, like parked while out doing something, and coming back to it I round a corner and there it is. It's like seeing it for the first time. It's perfect: design, size...pretty much everything.

New Ferraris look cool and all, but Pininfarina in the 80s-90s designed beautiful Ferraris, and we'll never see cars like them again.

The Pista, F8, 488, SF90, 812 are WAYYYYYYY. Better looking than anything pinanfarina ever designed for Ferrari.

I guess we have to agree to disagree, as I couldn't disagree more. No right answer; different stuff appeals to different people, good thing there's options.

I know it clearly is a Ferrari, and that it shares most of the mechanics with mine, but I just had to… find an excuse to have forgotten it and the Mondial out of the list, basically the only 2+2a, just because honestly I never ever think of 2+2 o_O.
I will ask the webmasters if I can add them to the poll.
    Bye!

    You are spot on!
(Ehi, don’t bother of the others, turn back without hesitation, what’s wrong with it?)
In fact after this thread and poll I opened another about the favorite Ferrari decades and only 2 people voted for the 2010s and no one for the 2020s models.
In one word, while Ferrari is making more models and production volumes than ever before, the FChat people seem to prefer the cars of the past.
And I am on the same wavelength, being truly aesthetically fascinated by nothing younger than the F355.
It’s really uncomprehensible how the Company isn’t making any effort to make us dream anymore, isn’t aiming for our children to put a poster in their bedrooms with a new definitive model.
And nobody cannot tell me it isn’t possible to design a dream car anymore, if even Alfa Romeo made the 8C Competizione in 2007.
Alfa Romeo, the glorious brand now as healthy as a mistreated 110 years old patient, yet making the 8C Competizione, one of the most beautiful cars ever, vs. Ferrari, one of the healthiest brands, that hasn’t made anything nicer than it for the last 30 years: how is it possible?
But maybe my tastes are strange.
    Ciao ciao,
    Nic

What if this beauty was a full Ferrari (with Ferrari suspensions and interiors)?

Your tastes are not strange at all, and the 8C is one of the prettiest cars of the past 20 years IMO.

To all those loving GT4s and Mondials above all else, the webmasters have kindly added them at the bottom of the list!
    Many thanks to them.

If somebody wants to change his vote, it is possible.

To be perfectly candid with you, you live in South Florida which I lived in Brickell for twelve years. The amount of fake money and ass hats thinking the latest and greatest is the best thing since sliced bread is hilarious, including yourself. How you can’t appreciate a well kept 308, 348, Testarossa, 355 is just silly. One day, people will think the cars you listed are ugly and junk. You either appreciate the brand for its beauty through all decades or you use the brand to fill insecurities to try to impress those around you trying to act rich…

I've driven every car in the poll except the F8 and SF90.

#1 Euro spec 308 QV. You don't have to go supercar fast to enjoy a driving experience, especially in this day and age.

#2 would be the 458. A return to proper, sensual aesthetics after a long drought, in my opinion.

    Bit harsh, no?

I lived in FTL for 4 years so I know how it can be down there. There were things I liked about the area, and things I did not like so much, including some of the aspects you mention. I hate the “status symbol” some people associate with the make, not why I got into Ferraris at all.

I wouldn’t call the new cars junk and don’t think they’ll be seen as such in the future; they’re in keeping with the direction modern high-performance cars are going and have to because of safety regulations, new technologies, etc. For this “era” they’re amazing cars, with all the performance and sophistication one would expect from the Ferrari brand.

That said, the new cars aren’t really my bag, having gotten into them back in the 80s, so those cars are my jam.

When the 308 first came out some Ferrari guys of the 50s and 60s thought concours would be overrun with them, as they were so available, common, and everyone knew a proper Ferrari had 12 cylinders. Now they’re classics.

Times change. Will be interesting to see how today’s Ferraris are judged in 30-40 years.

I like these, and for me the original question is a combination of generational and pragmatism. I grew up with the 308, and it’s a relatively simple car — one that I could drive and maintain forever (or as long as I’m above ground.)

Look, I understand why some love the 308/328. I got more compliments on mine than the 456M and 360 combined. People loved seeing it. I just hated driving it.

But I also hated the 288 and F-40. It wasn't until the F-50 that Ferrari made a halo car I liked. And that was the first and last for me. All the others sucked. IMO.

Wow… because my taste in style is not yours, means I’m a fake money asshat? Very sweet of you and quite ignorant.

And I’m from Boston so that’s my mentality— I do agree with many south Floridians having false feelings of self worth and all about image. That is certainly not me. I buy my cars for me and don’t give F what anyone thinks.
