    It's hard to say by looking at the photo. Hopefully just the seal on the drain bolt. But if not, it's very easy and fairly cheap to replace the whole bottom of the oil tank and pipes associated, so it shouldn't be too bad. Start with the seal on the drain plug, and see what happens.

    thank you. Apparently the bolt wasnt tight enough. They cleaned it up, torqued the bolt, drove it around and nothing there. Hopefully it stays, if not it doesn't appear to be a big deal like you mentioned.
