Also the side lights found on the U.S. cars are indented into the body, these protrude.

Right now, with less than 30 miles without twisty road and only a brief moment at 120+MPH in a C/4 I don’t think it would be fair to fully compare that to several thousand combined miles I have in dozen+ Daytonas ranging from one with little over 10K original miles to another with far over 100K (without never having had her drive train & suspension, etc rebuilt/restored) or to freshly/fully restored examples and everything in between, not to mention most of these I’ve had at 140 MPH on the same stretch of road I’ve used as my high speed “proving grounds”, but significant reconstruction due growth along it no longer lends it practical for such speed trials. :(

I still have some work requiring further road tests to perform and once I have more saddle time with her, I’ll try to put something together.

Perhaps these polished (alloy ?) rear bumper and rocker panel trim moldings are some aftermarket customizations/modifications ?

Performed another road test earlier this am, but it was cut short (to less than 25 miles) due to a plumbing emergency at our home (which I just finished repairing).

Based on this second drive, I’m now even more aware of the noticeable driving/operating related characteristic & feel differences between C/4 & Daytona, although some, like the handling and suspension behavior could be just specific to this particular C/4, but I haven’t had a chance to inspect at her undercarriage yet to see if its all stock and/or have any appearance of recent services, etc (I have a feeling she’s going to need some help with her undergarments).

The site seems to have improved a lot since last time I looked. Well done to its founder!

15337 really pulled at my heart strings at Motorcar Gallery 20 years ago, I would not have changed a thing, the Oro Kelso/senape with Borranis worked perfectly, stunning:)

Driving it to Cavallino 2004 remains a very special day.

My car (15657) was used in a fancy jewelry commercial recently. Fun day lots of food..They treated the car very well. Michael B Jordan was the star and was such a gentleman who also owns his F-Cars, but the same week of the shoot he crashed his 812 a few days after. Ouch!!

Nothing “official”, just a beautiful view…

… and while not a picture/view of 365 GTC/4 (sorry) or even a Ferrari, the carburetors hanging on both sides of this engine just evokes similar feelings, for me at least.
Just finishing an extensive and labor intensive rebuild of the engine & transmission, got her running Friday and have done some road testing last two days.
