    The battery in my Pista died for who's knows why ...... £4000 to get a new one installed and set the car up again ....... Outrageous given the price of the car

    Sorry to hear about that Lucky Dog. Unfortunately, the Antigravity solution doesn't work due to the missing port for the sensor for the car. Make sure it's religiously on the tender!

    At least yours lasted a few years; mine lasted one year. With the replacement,I have removed the door,frunk,and map light bulbs to minimize parasite drain. BTW Scuderia auto parts carries the OEM Lithium ion battery for half what you paid.

    this exact problem happened with my near new 458 Italia. After not driving it for a couple of weeks but always plugged to the battery conditioner, it failed to start until a heavy sigh foot solved the problem.

    BTW , I'm considering a Pista purchase this year, how has your ownership experience been, a relatively technical free experience?

    keen to get a better understanding of the Pista reliabilty.
