thank you, I am ready to move on and someone is going to get a really nice, well sorted, and fast(ish)308.
Of various auction sites, it looks like Pcar is the best. Put a reserve on it and see if someone bites.
This car should have been sold already. If I had the means to register this car out of state (California) I would have bought it back in September. Beautiful early GTB
This car needs a Euro grill and it would be perfect. People buy low-mileage 308's for this much and don't realize they need a 30K or more engine rebuild to get the sodium valves out and get high-compression pistons in, so the car can be driven as intended.
$65,000 is a crazy price for this car. For those that have built a motor, and to this quality and spec, know that this 308 can not be replicated now for twice the price. And the way this car drives with the suspension and bump in horsepower provides such a great driving experience. This was no barn yard slapped together build. For those interested, Though I am not desperate to sell, I do want to sell. Trust me when I say $65,000 is a sacrifice but I am willing to let it go. I don't know how long my crazy mind will keep it there before I just don't sell it. Keep it as garage art which will be a shame as it needs to be driven and I have too many cars.
+1. Not that I want to put a turd in the punchbowl of a prospective buyer at this price, Topcarbon needs to think twice about letting it go at $65K. I'd be VERY tempted but have an '88 3.2 Modial that I committed to buy and will pick up this week.
everyone asking, this car needs nothing. it drives awesome, revs all the way to redline with power, the seats are amazing and perfect, the carpet is new, headliner is new. the paint mismatch is only mentioned because of full disclosure but is very slight. at this price its the best on the market.
Hi All, So....Where can I get the Euro grille? I believe @BigTex said Newman in Canada? My first Ferrari, and I have no idea who/what Newman is, though I've seen the name mentioned often here on FChat. It's coming to California at the end of March.
