I still have a hard time to choose between the matt grigio corsa standard or the diamond forged. My F8 has the diamond forged and they are a perfect match. However on the 296 for some reason I keep coming back to these standard wheels. Car will be RC.
When you see the diamond polish in person they look very similar to the F8 wheels, the photos aren’t very accurate. Colors are much more like the F8
carbon every time imo, reduces the unspring weight and feels nicer to drive on them (just avoid potholes!)
Initially I choose the forged wheels however after seeing the standard wheels they just look bigger and less fussy. Also the weight difference is negligible as the car is so fast you would never ever notice the difference. Well, taste differs. I would go with Condor Mans' standard wheels, I don't like the fuzzy look of the forged wheels either. What I would admit is the fact, that I relay love none of the wheels besides the carbon fibre ones, but I don't dare this for a daily driver.
Sorry for my writing mistakes, I alway find them afterwards when it is too late to correct the spelling....
Just visited the dealer again since me car is delayed for an estimated 9 months. This gives me time to change the spec of course. Changed exterior color from nero to rosso corsa. Changed diamond forged wheels to standard grigio corsa matte. Although the yearly price increases, car is getting cheaper for me
