POST OF THE THREAD LOL! Max smiling all the way to the podium. Horny spice all the way to divorce court LOL
Don't include me with "ya'll." I very rarely comment on the Hamilton thread. That's no excuse. This is specifically aimed at you and you only.
Can you imagine the OUTCRY If this was Toto LOL! Horner opened the door and folks are kicking it down. He deserves it. Smug, useless arrogant little fingers. Look at the history of this human being lol. Leaves partner just after child birth, parents do not show for his wedding to homer-wrecker spice. A leader of the highest order LOL! This is beyond fun at this point. Evidently there are some interesting pages out of the release that are not at all flattering. Whoever dumped this is a bloody hero lol. Liberty could NOT ASK for better bad news, drama and free advertising! Brilliant! We have a show now in F1 lol
My mistake to include you. You're right, you rarely comment on Hamilton. But yeah, more Masi talk will come.
If it was Toto, Bas would have volunteered to work with the FIA investigation team. Pulled all documents, this place would be full of data.
You are quick to jump to conclusion, and condemn someone on shreds of evidence, it seems. Enough of that media lynching !!! AFAIK, Christian Horner hasn't broken any law. That's the bottom line. Horner can do what he wants in his private life; that's absolutely not our business. We are on this forum to talk about F1, not about so-called morality. We all have a different moral compass anyway. As a team principal, he has proved his worth; what he does outside has no bearing on his quality as a leader. As a human being, he has his flaws like any of us.
Please visit a shrink instead of ventilating your frustrations here. This thread is about the Horner allegations, there is no relation to the 2021 Abu Dhabi race result
A few post ago they were bashing Sir Lewis Hamilton. He has no relation to this thread. Other names were mentioned too, Toto, Mosely etc. Did you respond to those people? Or are you just singling me out?
They all have a relation to this thread: Mosley because he was involved in a sex scandal himself in the past. Hamilton and Toto because they became involved in the debate by giving their opinion in public. I responded to you because you bring something up with 0 connection to the current thread (and not for the first time)
spice wife really shouldnt be too upset. she probably believe exactly the same way with Horner while he was married to a pregnant woman and broke up a family. Spicy and Horner can F off as far as im concerned.
Look through this thread, you will find many names that are not associated. Mosley had nothing to do with this. He is dead. Toto, and Sir Lewis hamilton played no part in this. They have no affect on the outcome of this investigation. Hamilton talking about diversity was mentioned. What does that have to do with this? Where were you then?? Adretti , Will Buxton names were mentioned. But again you single me out.
How do you know when a thread has gone off the rails? When people link to the Daily Mail hey, that rhymes
There you go - it was the woman who was receiving the unwanted attention who complained - therefore the workplace harassment legislation does apply - and IF TRUE, then Horner is very much in violation. Re Bas' repeated allegations that the Google Drive of documents (WhatsApp screenshots, photos) are all AI faked, all it takes is the complainant to show her device with the texts records to substantiate. I think Horner is in deep, deep trouble, and that (Thai-side) Red Bull's efforts to sweep under the rug are going to be insufficient to protect him.
He never explicitly said the leaked screenshots were fake. Apparently he refused to comment on them, that to me suggests they are real. He also said he denied the allegations which is not the same. In the text messages the phrase "sexual assault" was used, and maybe that is what the allegations were officially. Who knows. Maybe Christian Horner doesn't have much game talking to women he's trying to cheat with. He wouldn't be the first. In the texts it appeared to be a horny guy pushing the boundaries of what he could get away with. Also one fishing for sexual content while knowing he was crossing a line of infidelity.
Well, I have no idea what is true and false in the Horner "affair". It looks to me like the media have got hold of it, and added a twist. All I know is that we have legislation to deal with sexual harassment at work, but the "victim"'s case lose credibility if she/he plays along with it and doesn't report it immediatly. If this carries on for a long period, and the communications are encouraged by the alleged victim, the case becomes weaker. The victim may not agree with he result of the disciplinary prodecure (if one takes place) against her attacker, perhaps. Note that the employer has a duty to protect the victim, but no obligation to dismiss the offender. If the offended party doesn't think the complain isn't taken seriously, she/he can take the employer to court. But this would still be dealt in a civil court, and probably settled by way of compensation. Some serious cases of harassment have by-passed that process, when the plaintiff have reported the offense directly to the police and the case has gone to a criminal court.
