It seems that the BoP is working; LMDhs and LMHs are even-steven. We will see for the rest of the season.
This BOP is outrageos for LMHs, but I suppose they´ll bear the insult to get a better one at Le Mans.
Ferrari had a bad day with issues but this years BoP is crazy Toyota and Ferrari have been affectively BoP out of the race. You have different Classes for a reason you don't BoP them to get more even lap times between the classes.
But that's the whole idea of convergence: the cars from different championships to compete in the same races !!! I thought this was understood and accepted. There would be no point otherwise ! That's how IMSA cars can race at Le Mans (and other WEC races).
IMSA cars should be grid fillers, nothing more, nothing less. Cheap car, cheap results: capable of snatching a win from time to time when the stars align. I understand that ACO has to throw a bone to them from time to time, but they went too far: the current champions were a lap down and the cars are the same than last year.
