    A little more than a month away from Amelia 2024. Who’s planning on attending? Is there any FCA related events planned? I’ll be taking a car (alloy XK120) for the Sunday Concours d'Elegance. Hope to see some of you there!

    Looks like everything is on track for the Amelia weekend trip. My XK is getting some final touches done and it’ll be ready to go. A couple of fellow fchatters and I are staying the weekend and doing some of the events aside from the concourse if anyone wants to plan a meetup… perhaps at the hangar event Saturday afternoon?

    Won't be at the hangar but will be at the friday drive and saturday cars and coffee and the concours on Sunday.

    Anyone has any tips for the drive to see them drive by for cool shots?

    I don’t know.

    Yesterday was fine until about a 15-minute downpour around 5PM that only temporarily derailed The Hangar event. Everyone just hid under an airplane wing or went inside for a few minutes.

    This morning around 7AM-9 was very nice and then it rained for about 60-75 minutes right after most judging was completed. Obviously could have been nicer, but it was a LOT better than the forecast portended in the last few days.

    Made for a nice picture of one of the F50s yesterday…

    Busy but the weather skewed an accurate assessment. It seemed like less cars than the last couple years. The car information signs were better this year than last years QR codes.
