    @LorenzoR Can you tell the thread what it means if an F430 that was converted doesn't have a clutch switch or the rev limiter reprogrammed? What does that mean for the car and how it will behave differently than an OEM manual.

    im pretty sure my 355, 512tr, diablo and my factory 360 will all jump forward a bit if ignition is turned on without the clutch.

    You're mixing up our private conversations with the public ones. What we were privately discussing was the effect of eliminating the clutch switch and lack of rev limiter programming which is in the OEM manual F430. When EAG and NGSC advertised and promoted that the conversion was superior to the OEM manual, did they disclose the following: E-diff disabling (unlike OEM), no clutch switch (unlike OEM) and the rev limiter not being programmed like the factory (unlike OEM). It matters not what other cars do. What matters is promoting "Superior to OEM manuals". The cars you are referencing are older than the F430 and one of them is not even a Ferrari! My 1979 VW Scirocco MK1 didn't have any of these features either, but that isn't germane.

    It was a 360.

    We've spoken. You actually were instrumental in finally getting my car back from Art, and I'm truly very appreciative. You went out of your way to help, which you absolutely did not need to do.

    You are obviously one of the good guys, but I also believe you are going way too far out in your defense of Art. I've dealt with him and enough other people in my life to know that he is a bad guy. Whether it is fraud or not, I care not. He is clearly one of the bad guys.

    You may not recall, but I STILL have a signed agreement from Art/EAG that I am owed an OEM shift gate from September 2019. He kept putting me off, and eventually stopped replying to any of my requests. I even suggested that we come to a financial agreement if he could not acquire the shift gate, which he ignored.

    I also know for certain of 2 people (likely more) who sent their cars to Art after me, and received their cars back before me with full OEM conversions. These were 2 people that rocked the boat considerably. I remained patient assuming (wrongly) that he would do the right thing, and that allowing him time and space would get my car back to me more quickly.

    I finally sold the car last year disclosing the OEM conversion, minus the aftermarket shift gate. (AND clutch pedal, which he also did not have any more after giving my OEM parts to other customers)

    I moved on to a Porsche GT4. I think it suits my personality better..... I'm just not sure what that says about me, Porsche or Ferrari!!!

    Lol i have a 996tt with 650 hp and i had a cgt for a while, but i admit my friends gt3 touring has caught my attention! GT4 is a fun car. Gt3 touring is the luxury version of my scud!

    I've made ttforcefed aware of what Art has done with some of these conversions and now he is trying to find out if it affects him. It's not only Art, but Dan Hurlburt (Normal Guy Supercar) were promoting these conversions as better than factory, and in my case, which Dan was intimately involved in, it wasn't.

    Im guilty as charged - I have no idea if my cars have clutch switches because why wld anyone ever try to start a stick-shift in gear with no clutch? Literally shldnt be driving a manual if you dont know better.

    That's not all of the things you're not aware of that were factory features eliminated and not disclosed by Art. Be full disclosure.

    I forgot about the clutch switch. I added that back to my car. I also believe it then required software reprogramming from Trev to reactivate its function??? Trev indicated that there were other reasons to have the clutch switch active, but I don't recall what they were.

    Probably because no one wld ever start a manual car with it in gear and no clutch?

    Rev limiter has to be reprogrammed once the clutch switch is installed. Art never disclosed these things to me, you or ttforcefed either. Art was messaged about this by the programmer, but did nothing to remediate it.

    Let's see a short video of it. I know what your Scud looks like now, based on your picture. Take a 15 second video from the outside and moving to underneath the clutch. Let's see that bad boy. Maybe you do, but you weren't aware of it 30 minutes ago and wrote to me that you'd get me a picture of it at some vague point in the future.

    I did. When I was going to go public with the issues I had had, the constant lies, etc they sent me this threatening to charge me $5,000 unless I kept quiet.

    That for me goes in the bad business/fraud/immoral category, but that’s just my opinion…

    No problem. Why don't you tell the group about how you don't understand what a rev limiter means for your car and whether you know if it's been done?

    It was a threat if I didn’t keep quiet about what was going on there. He threatened for me to come pick my car up in pieces and/or unilaterally add an additional $5,000 charge for disclosing the nightmare of lies that the process of getting the car done entailed.

    Also, after I applied significant pressure (lawyer involved) my car came back with many oem parts on it that were supposed to be aftermarket. I am guessing he robbed them from someone else…
