Almost a year old reply, but who did the 17" wheels on the red 308 in post #24? Mike_E Any further details on these - width, offset, cost? Also mentioned are 18 inchers? Thx!
I had to check my notes. The 17s were 8 and 9 with 13 and 16mm offset. They were custom so offset adjustments are easy as long as it still fits on the available forging. I did 18x8 and 18x10 on my car with 13 and 32mm offset to keep them inside the stock fender....which required moving the lower shock mounts in a little. I think there is also a 9" forging avaliable but I'd need to draw the wheel. It's been a few years so I'd need to contact the vendor and get current pricing but my guess is $500/600 each. I always liked the 360 wheels. I modified a set to fit my 89 Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Made special bolts as well. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I had a customer ask me to fit 360 wheels to a 308 without narrowing the rear rims. I did and it was easier than I thought. Not my favourite look on a 308 but he likes them and thats all that matters.
They are 10s aren't they? I ended up moving the lower shock mount to get 10's with 285s under my fenrders....do you recall the tire size you used?
The rims had stock tires on them, came off a 360 and went on his car. I put QA1's on the car as well at the time. Had to put the spacers on the front and the rear I made upper shock relocation brackets to tip the rears in at the top and I widened the fiberglass inners.

Ahh, you moved the top mount. For whatever reason I moved the bottom which was probably more work but on the fiberglass 1 side was fine the other I used a zip-tie to pull it in just a little.
How about a nice set of 14" Pirelli Cinturato CN36 https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/205-70wr14-pirelli-cinturato-cn36.html more than enough grip for any road car, and much nicer ride. (and they look cool)
Wondering if anyone knows how to get a hold of mk e? Or might have any information on the wheels that he has had made? Post 24 of this thread. Thanks very much.
I did. For some reason, the system does not allow for direct messaging mk e. any help getting a hold of him greatly appreciated. Thanks again
