And, given the significant differences in handling between 2003 and 2005 (non FHP) cars the ad is, shall we say, a little disingenuous ? That said, it, it looks nice and a box of bits from MSW would sort things out.
I never looked at the photos in detail, but also note no 575M script, which appeared around October 2003. My November 2003, 135171/AN 52428, has the script.
I think the car is worth 140 tops. People want FHP if they’re buying one of these. Or maybe a genuine 05. That the handling can be fixed and script be added is not really the point, even though it’s logical. Nothing logical to see here.
Darius- In LHD US spec, worth a fortune here. But over a quarter of the UK 575Ms had three pedals, so.... No easy task adding FHP capability now unless John starts making springs to go along with the rear anti-roll bar. Likely she already has 201674 for the shock ECU, and that one works great.

I previously owned this one. Great spec.https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/16139330?utm_source=pistonheads&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=saved%20search
That's a cool colour combo. Says it was the first 575 to come to the UK. The seats look so good also. No FHP mentioned, is that correct? Was it not available on the first 575s? £185k seems like a bargain for such a beautiful car.
FHP was available very early in 575M production since it used all the same parts as the 550 FHP except for the Bilstein shock ECU. I have Euro 575M 127694, AN 44583 as having FHP and there were likely earlier ones not on my small list.
No affiliation or interest. Asking 220k Euro = $237k / 60k km = 37k miles. https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/pa24/paris/lots/r0043-2002-ferrari-575m-maranello/1425278/photos
I wonder if, as we see gated 575s becoming US importable, if a price difference will open up between LHD and RHD cars on this side of the Atlantic.
RHD 3 pedals were not nearly as rare as LHD ones by production percentage. 69 out of 251 or 27.5% vs 177 out of 1814 or 9.8%.
There are 3 UK RHD manual 575s for sale at the moment that I can see in the UK. All asking around 20k either side of 200k GBP, one with FHP at the upper end and two without at the lower end. I think this is quite a lot lower than US prices. Though long term for more classic cars, RHD and LHD prices are quite aligned, and in some cases higher for RHD.
That makes sense, Taz. Plenty of space to enjoy them there also. On another note, I wonder if the F512M example is instructive for gated 575s. After a few years of flatlining, F512Ms have taken off in price in the last 2 years. Previous arguments that there are too many similar cars (more than 9000 Testarossas and 512 TRs) evaporated. There were 501 F512Ms made, and 246 gated 575s.
This is an odd one with an extended gear stick https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/16456408?utm_source=pistonheads&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=saved%20search
